http://webcast.berkeley.edu/courses/index.html In Fall 2001, UC Berkeley's live and on-demand webcasts of select courses became a service of Educational Technology Services (ETS) in partnership with Information Systems and Technology (IS&T). This technology is based on the Berkeley Internet Broadcasting System (BIBS) developed by the Berkeley Multimedia Research Center (BMRC).
